Westhills butter was a type of butter made in the Westhills of the planet Lothal. While studying at the Academy for Young Imperials on Lothal in the year 5 BBY, human Imperial Cadet Jai Kell wished for Westhills butter and maize rolls instead of the distasteful ration-squares that the academy served.
Westhills butter was first mentioned in the young-readers' novel Servants of the Empire: Rebel in the Ranks, which was written by Jason Fry and released in 2015.
