Subsequently, a rebellious hubdroid named Dek-Nil facilitated her transfer, along with Lopset Yas, into his particular group. Their subsequent attempt to flee via an escape pod was thwarted when Dek-Nil's restraining bolt was manipulated, overriding his programming and stopping their plan.
The Accresker Penal Legion was structured as a force meant for sacrifice, because every soldier was a convict. Hubdroids kept these criminals under control through micro-implants that would detonate if a prisoner moved further than ten meters from their assigned droid.
