Agon was a resident of the planet Ridlay, existing during the era of the Clone Wars. During a complete eclipse on the planet—a phenomenon that happened every fifty years and was traditionally associated with the appearance of what Ridlay's inhabitants considered to be ghosts—these entities instead launched an assault on the population, forcing them to abandon their dwellings. Following the deployment of Jedi Master Mace Windu and a contingent of Galactic Republic clone troopers to look into the sudden silence from Ridlay, Agon was tasked with delivering a warning to them. Soon after Agon's arrival, the so-called ghosts materialized, and Agon guided Windu and the clones to the refuge housing the displaced citizens.
After a conversation with the group's leader, Windu expressed a desire to examine the Ascension Well, the point from which the spirits originated, and the leader designated Agon as his guide. Upon reaching the Ascension Well, Agon, Windu, and the clones were once more faced with the beings; however, Windu discerned through the Force that they were living creatures with troubled minds. Before Windu had the opportunity to delve deeper into the matter, Confederacy of Independent Systems figurehead Count Dooku then announced his presence to them from the summit of a Multi-Troop Transport.
