Allia existed as a Pilgrims of the Twi'lek species (a female), and she resided unlawfully on Tython during the Cold War. This conflict was between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire.
Following the Great Galactic War and the Hutt Cartels' enslavement of Ryloth, Allia, a female Twi'lek, joined the Pilgrims who followed Matriarch Kolovish to the planet Tython. She helped establish Kalikori village and championed Nalen Raloch, viewing him as a significant hero for his defense of the pilgrims against the Flesh Raiders. Allia, along with Keth, assisted Raloch in his quest for the Fount of Rajivari, but they eventually came to the conclusion that Raloch himself had been tainted by the knowledge he sought.
Originally, Allia was a blue-skinned Twi'lek referred to as Henni in the game's initial development phases. However, by the time the game was launched, her skin color was altered to green, and her name was changed to Allia. Nevertheless, Henni can still be seen if the player chooses the dark side path and decides to eliminate Allia.
