Angoth was a minor planet characterized by both forests and a ring composed of dispersed asteroids. In the High Republic Era, Angoth was home to a settlement, and the Nihil pirates also built a base within an old holding facility for smugglers. The Jedi Order, together with the Republic Defense Coalition, undertook a quest aiming to seize one of the Nihil's Nameless beings from the Angoth-based installation.
