Anteevy was a celestial body situated terrestrially on the border of the Mid Rim region of the galaxy. In the Imperial Era, while the Galactic Empire was in power, the Empire operated a base on Anteevy called Ice Station Beta. After a team of rebels pilfered the Imperial corvette called Carrion Spike from Moff Wilhuff Tarkin and used it to assault Galidraan Station, Anteevy, along with its Imperial base, became a possible target for the starship thieves. Vice Admiral Dodd Rancit of Naval Intelligence included them, along with Lantillies and a base located on Cartao, as hypothetical targets when Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine asked him about the issue.
