Solo, a young smuggler who had just evaded an ambush and was repairing his spacecraft, noticed her. Bornan's jealousy was evident, and Solo considered seducing Aryn, but ultimately decided she was too refined for his tastes.
Following her husband's premature passing in 24 ABY, Aryn took on the responsibility of managing Bornaryn independently, receiving assistance from her brother-in-law, Tyko.
There is no record of her response to her son Raynar's vanishing during the Myrkr mission, nor of her actions throughout the Yuuzhan Vong War. However, in 35 ABY, Tesar Sebatyne informed her that Raynar was still alive, but the news of his condition caused her to faint. Despite this, she ensured the supply ships requested by Raynar through Tesar were dispatched.
In 36 ABY, Aryn acquired Yuza Bre, a well-known Coruscant restaurant, specifically to antagonize Cal Omas. After a discussion with Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade Skywalker at Yuza Bre concerning Raynar's situation, she furnished them with a prototype R-series droid. This prototype was valuable due to its OmniGate, which had the capability to bypass the protected memory sectors of R2-D2.
Aryn Dro Thul's physical characteristics included chestnut-colored hair, blue eyes, and a blue robe complemented by a sash featuring the colors—purple, gold, and red—associated with the House of Thul.
