Auxiliary battlegroup

A formation within the Imperial Army was known as an auxiliary battlegroup.

Structure

This auxiliary battlegroup was simply a structural arrangement; it lacked a designated commanding officer and was not used as an active combat unit. Instead, it functioned as a resource for a corps. The battlegroup was made up of three COMPNOR Regiments along with the corps' ground support wing. Its composition included 10,130 soldiers, 390 repulsorcraft, and 40 starfighters of different models.

The addition of three line regiments and one assault regiment could bolster auxiliary battlegroups.
