A conflict unfolded on the world of Glova shortly following the conclusion of the Nagai–Tof War. Admiral Nantz received the responsibility of leading the First Fleet, with orders to conduct operations within the Western Reaches of the galaxy. Following the Nagai-Tof War's end, he initiated his strategic operations from the planet Saijo.
Subsequently, Nantz, leading the First Fleet, launched an assault on Glova. With assistance from ground forces under the command of General Tyr Taskeen, they compelled Warlord Delvardus' armed forces to withdraw from the system.
Securing Glova effectively isolated Delvardus, preventing him from receiving potential reinforcements originating from Imperial units positioned along the Rimma Trade Route within the Elrood sector and the Minos Cluster.
