The concluding engagement of the Despot War, the Battle of Tython, also referred to as the Battle of Kaleth, transpired in 25,805 BBY. This war was initiated by Despot Queen Hadiya against the Je'daii Order.
Hadiya of Shikaakwa, convinced that the Je'daii unjustly controlled the inhabitants of the Settled Worlds, spearheaded a war with the objective of unifying the worlds within the Tython system in opposition to the Je'daii Order residing on Tython itself. Accumulating a huge army, Hadiya commanded her forces in combat against the Je'daii on Tython. Despite their numerical advantage, the Despot army was unable to overcome the Je'daii's profound command of the Force. In the course of the conflict, Pho-V fighter aircrafts were deployed against the Je'daii, with numerous crafts being shot down over the moons Ashla and Bogan.
As the battle progressed to Kaleth, specifically the Je'daii Temple dedicated to Knowledge, Hadiya and her key general, the disavowed Je'daii Daegen Lok, led from the forefront, eliminating numerous Je'daii warriors. Engaging a pair of Human Je'daii in combat, Hadiya ultimately killed them. During the military campaign, while Hadiya was asleep, her lover and supposed ally, Daegen Lok, revealed his true allegiance as a Je'daii agent. Employing the Force, Lok assassinated the queen, which resulted in the cessation of hostilities as Hadiya's factions descended into a chaotic struggle for dominance. By the conclusion of the war, Kaleth had suffered structural damage to one of its towers, and numerous Je'daii had perished.
