During the time of the Great Galactic War – a conflict that pitted the Galactic Republic against the Sith Empire – a battle unfolded on Lenico IV, a world situated within the Cademimu sector of the Outer Rim. This clash transpired on the desolate and unforgiving Ash Plains of Lenico, and involved at least one of the apprentices under the tutelage of Jedi Master Ngani Zho: specifically, Satele Shan, Syo Bakarn, Jaric Kaedan, or Bela Kiwiiks.
The initial reference to the battle that occurred on the Ash Plains of Lenico IV can be found within The Lost Suns, Part 1. This was the seventh installment of the Star Wars: The Old Republic comic book series. Alexander Freed authored the 2011 released comic.
