Ngani Zho

Ngani Zho was a Jedi Master of the Human species (specifically, a male one). He dedicated his life to the service of both the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic during the tumultuous times of the Great Galactic War and the subsequent Cold War against their adversaries, the Sith Empire.

Biography

Great Galactic War

During the period known as the Great Galactic War, Master Jedi Zho took on the responsibility of training numerous Jedi initiates. Among his notable pupils was Satele Shan, a descendant of the legendary figures Revan and Bastila Shan. He also mentored others who would eventually join Shan as members of the esteemed Jedi High Council, including Bela Kiwiiks, Jaric Kaedan, and Syo Bakarn. When the Sith forces successfully reclaimed Korriban, Zho stood alongside many other Jedi in opposition to the Empire. However, as the years wore on, Zho realized he was becoming too old to actively participate in combat. Consequently, he accepted the task of training Satele's son, Theron Shan. Despite Ngani's dedicated efforts, Theron did not manifest any Force-sensitive abilities.

Cold War

Following the conclusion of the Great Galactic War, Ngani Zho's whereabouts became unknown around the time of the Treaty of Coruscant and the commencement of the Cold War in the year 3653 BBY. Approximately ten years later, Zho resurfaced in the Vesla system, accompanied by the Republic agent Theron Shan. During a mission undertaken on Taris, Zho and Theron were ambushed by Darth Mekhis and her Sith Knights, but they managed to evade capture. Together with Teff'ith, they journeyed into the system, where they uncovered the existence of super weapons being constructed by the Imperials. Theron made the decision to infiltrate the Imperial base, with the intention of destroying the weapons, and Zho and Teff'ith joined him. Tragically, Master Zho lost his life in the ensuing battle while defending Teff'ith, falling in combat against numerous Sith troopers.
