Bequin Fobas

Bequin Fobas, a Nimbanel lawyer, gained notoriety during the era of the Separatist Crisis. He was employed by Zorba Desilijic Tiure, a Hutt crime boss, and on 13:3:21 (as per the date system), Zorba was found guilty of illicitly mining ulikuo gemstones on the Outer Rim world Kip. These gemstones were highly valued for their beauty, industrial applications, and, most importantly, their cultural significance. Fobas's attempt to challenge the ruling was met with the magistrate's information that Kip did not have an appeals system.
