Bilder was a male Twi'lek male who fought as one of Saw Gerrera's Partisans. He often collaborated with Xosad Hozem and Jari as part of a team. Bilder, along with Gerrera, Hozem, Jari, and Jyn Erso, participated in a raid targeting a civilian cruiser. This cruiser was being utilized covertly by the Galactic Empire for activities in the Western Reaches. The raid proved fruitful, with Bilder managing to obtain a collection of Imperial datapads for subsequent examination. In a later engagement, Bilder met his death during combat.
