Bogwings were a type of species of reptavian that originated from the planet of Naboo. These creatures were released into the air as a signal for the break during Gulliball matches played by the Gungans. A notable trait of bogwings was their ability to lift objects weighing up to nine times their own body weight. They exhibited strong territorial behavior. These creatures also inhabited the swampy environment of Dagobah, where they constructed their dwellings within gnarltrees. Bogwings could also be observed in places such as Aleen, Zygerria, Onderon, and Nal Hutta.
