Marshes, which are also known as swamps, were land areas frequently characterized by dense vegetation along with substantial water accumulations. Several planets contained swampy regions, and these included Artiod Minor, Balnab, Koboh, Rodia, Naboo, Chal Hudda, Dagobah, Galagolos V, Indoumodo, Kinrah, Marca, Mimban, Mydasos, Nal Hutta, Patitite Pattuna, Ques, Toydaria, Twon Ketee, Graf-World, and Vodran.
