Indoumodo was a planet covered in jungle, found in the Wild Space section of the galaxy. The swamps of this world were the native environment for venomous insects called kouhuns, which would hunt animals as big as dogs. Assassins sometimes captured kouhuns for use as weapons. The northern hemisphere of the planet was dominated by forests with many hanava trees and significant numbers of greddleback termites.
The first time Indoumodo was named was in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones: The Visual Dictionary, a Star Wars Legends book of reference penned by David West Reynolds, which came out on April 22, 2002. Its status as canon was achieved when it appeared in Ultimate Star Wars, a reference book that Patricia Barr, Adam Bray, Daniel Wallace, and Ryder Windham jointly authored, and which was published on April 28, 2015.
