Bonegnawer

Bonegnawers were predatory avian carnivores inhabiting the arid world of Tatooine. These sizable, flying predators had powerful mandibles capable of shattering rocks and osseous material. Bonegnawers typically hunted sizable game, famously shadowing their quarry before devouring it immediately. The adult Bonegnawers would then transport the bones of their kill back to their chicks in the nest, where the marrow was consumed and distributed among the brood.
