Boropacc stood as the capital city on the planet called Rapacc. It served as the homeworld for the Paccosh species. The city sustained damage following the Paccosh's successful expulsion of the invading Nikardun forces. This damage resulted both from the Nikardun's destructive actions during their retreat and the Paccosh's efforts to kill a maximum number of the invaders.
