Borra Setas was a Rodian female who made her home on Tatooine during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
Following the events of the Battle of Yavin, Borra Setas established her life in the town of Anchorhead, which is located on Tatooine. In the year 1 ABY, she came across some information regarding a scheme plotted by Jabba the Hutt. The plan involved instigating the Tusken Raiders to launch an assault on Mos Eisley with the goal of putting pressure on the mayor and ultimately seizing control of the city.
During this period, a Twi'lek entertainer named Anetia Kah'ryn tasked a new entertainer with the job of collecting intel from Crix Yarrow, Dorn Gestros, and Borra Setas about criminal and Tusken activities in Mos Eisley. The entertainer made her way to Anchorhead, approached Borra Setas at the local tavern, and Borra suggested that it might be best if they didn't talk. The entertainer inquired as to why, pointing out that Borra seemed sad. Borra retorted, stating she wasn't sad, but scared due to the predicament she found herself in. When the entertainer dismissed it as not being that bad, Borra exclaimed that the entertainer wasn't the one who had angered a major crime lord, who was later identified as Jabba the Hutt. The entertainer pressed Borra for more details, at which point she became alarmed that she had already revealed too much. Feeling as though her life was already in danger, she decided she might as well share more information. She told the spacer that she had learned a major crime figure was exerting political pressure on someone in Mos Eisley. However, she refused to disclose any further details. Subsequently, the entertainer went back to Anetia Kah'ryn to relay this information and await further instructions.

Borra Setas appeared as a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts, before it shut down on December 15, 2011. Borra Setas was implemented into the game with the release of "Publish 17," on May 26, 2005. She was a component of a quest given by Anetia Kah'ryn to new players who had chosen the career path of "entertainer." During each server restart, her appearance was randomly generated, but she always appeared as a Rodian female.
