Building snap

Construction snaps were a form of plaything that youngsters utilized within the Chiss Ascendancy. During 19 BBY, the Chiss sky-walker named Ab'begh possessed quite a few construction snaps in her living space aboard the Chiss warship called Vigilant, considerably more than her fellow sky-walker, Che'ri. The children commenced playing with the snaps inside Ab'begh's room, but their activity was cut short by her guardian, who told them to spend a half hour reading before they could resume playing. Che'ri, who had started crafting a design with her construction snaps and worried about forgetting it, voiced her objection. However, Ab'begh ceased playing, leading Che'ri to accept her given task.

In 18 BBY, Che'ri had construction snaps within her living quarters on the Chiss warship Springhawk, and her guardian, Mitth'ali'astov, proposed that she engage with them during her leisure time. Nevertheless, Che'ri showed no interest in playing; instead, she expressed a desire to encounter members of the Paccosh species along with the adult crew members of the Springhawk.
