Burbank was one of the destinations featured on both the Coruscant train and the subtram system. A data screen displayed a list of stations at the train station, and it was there that Ahsoka Tano and Tera Sinube were in pursuit of Ione Marcy and Cassie Cryar. Arabia, Ulendale, and Alderaan were also included in this listing. Intriguingly, these exact same data screens were also present in Tipoca City located on Kamino. Furthermore, the name could be found on maps of the subtram system on Coruscant.
The city of Burbank, located in California, has close ties to the entertainment industry. Often called the "Media Capital of the World," Burbank houses the main offices or major production sites for various entertainment companies, including the Walt Disney Company.
The production staff of Star Wars: The Clone Wars added the name, along with other destinations, to a subtram map as a lighthearted inside joke.
