Bursant, the homeworld of the Bursantian species, existed as a planet situated within the galaxy. A delegation comprised of Jedi and senators, notably including Jedi Masters Yoda and Mace Windu along with Senator Yarua, made a visit to an archaeological dig site located on this planet during the era of the Clone Wars.
Megan Huang, the artist, specified that the planet depicted in Hyperspace Stories 11 was indeed named Bursant.
