A pirate during the era of the Galactic Civil War, Cale Serasai was a male Human residing on the planet Lok.
On Lok, Cale Serasai operated as a member of the Sulfur Lake Pirates. This pirate group was actively engaged in a fierce rivalry with the Lok Revenants, challenging Nym's authority as the planet's leader.
The year 1 ABY saw the escalation of tensions between the Lok Revenants and the Sulfur Lake Pirates into outright warfare. Despite the Lok Revenants' superior strength, Nym, growing impatient with the continuous loss of resources, proposed a truce to the Sulfur Lake Pirates. Though uninterested in peace, the pirates accepted the negotiation offer, viewing it as an opportunity for exploitation. A meeting was subsequently arranged in Kimogila Town, an abandoned settlement located within Lok's deserts. Cale Serasai headed the Sulfur Lake "negotiators" at this meeting. Before the meeting, the pirates had captured Sheeli, the sister of Choster, an engineer who had previously aided the Revenants in a raid on the Sulfur Lake Pirate Hideout. Upon the meeting's commencement, Serasai abandoned any pretense of negotiation, revealing Sheeli's capture. He threatened her execution, demanding Choster's handover from the Lok Revenants. This demand was relayed to Nym, who refused to betray the engineer. Subsequently, numerous Sulfur Lake Pirates, concealed within Kimogila Town's ruins, launched a surprise assault on Nym's ambassadors. Despite being outnumbered, the spacers successfully defended themselves, eliminating all the pirates. Cale Serasai was the sole survivor, pleading for his life and offering Sheeli's release in exchange for his own survival.
Cale Serasai functioned as a Non-Player Character within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts before it was shut down on December 15, 2011. Cale Serasai's inclusion in the game occurred as part of the revised "Nym's Theme Park," which was launched alongside "Game Update 16," on March 23, 2010.
