Sheeli was a Twi'lek female who made her home on Lok during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Choster was her sibling.
Sheeli's brother was Choster, a talented engineer. Choster was at one point hired to establish the defense systems for the Sulfur Lake Pirates' secret hideout. After completing his task, he narrowly avoided being murdered by the pirates, who preferred assassination to payment.
In the year 1 ABY, Choster eagerly agreed to assist Nym's Lok Revenants, who were enemies of the Sulfur Lake Pirates, in a raid on the Sulfur Lake Pirate Hideout. The pirates, however, discovered Choster's involvement in the planned attack. Because Nym protected the engineer, the pirates chose instead to seize Sheeli. A parley subsequently occurred in Kimogila Town between the Lok Revenants and the Sulfur Lake Pirates. During this meeting, the pirate Cale Serasai revealed Sheeli's capture and threatened to execute her unless the Revenants surrendered Choster to him. A fierce gunfight then erupted between the two criminal factions. Despite being outnumbered, the Lok Revenants successfully defended themselves, killing the majority of the pirates. Cale Serasai survived the conflict and was compelled to release Sheeli in exchange for his own life. Ultimately, the woman was liberated and taken to a secure location under Nym's protection.
Sheeli made an appearance in the video game Star Wars Galaxies from 2003, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before it was shut down on December 15, 2011. Sheeli was introduced to the game as part of the updated "Nym's Theme Park," which was launched with "Game Update 16," on March 23, 2010.
