Camp Four was a detention facility created by the Trade Federation during the invasion and subsequent control of the planet Naboo. It was situated in the largest market square of Theed and served as a prison camp for government employees, such as personnel from Theed Royal Palace and members of the Royal Naboo Security Forces. Queen Padmé Amidala and her close advisors were condemned to Camp Four, but Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn, his Padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the exiled Gungan Jar Jar Binks liberated them while they were being moved to the camp by the Trade Federation Droid Army. Subsequent to Amidala's departure from Naboo, some of her staff who had not left the planet were incarcerated at the camp. These individuals included Mariek Panaka, Tonra, the handmaidens Saché and Yané, and Naboo Palace Guard officer Perosei.
