Cemma the Younger was a gunslinger of the Human race, hailing from a remote, insignificant planet. Despite being known for his supposedly impressive speed in drawing his weapon, he actually favored cowardly tactics, such as shooting defenseless targets from behind, instead of engaging in fair duels. Cemma possessed an attractive, young appearance, which made him well-liked by women, and caused many people to think he was someone they could trust. However, his true nature was that of a cold-blooded, insane killer.
While he was present on StarForge Station, Cemma answered an invitation from Captain Dhas Vedij to become a member of the crew aboard the Rebel privateer ship known as the Far Orbit.
