Chewbacca #2 marked the second installment within the comic book series titled Star Wars: Chewbacca. Dark Horse Comics published it on February 16, 2000.
The issue presents three additional tales from Chewbacca's history: an aged Trandoshan enslaver recounts his arch-enemy with both respect and a touch of apprehension; a small bounty hunter, having suffered treachery, finds rescue from a huge, hairy appendage; a youthful Imperial trainee goes against his superior officer and declines to inflict pain upon a Wookiee captive, thus laying the groundwork for one of the most significant alliances the entire galaxy has ever witnessed!
