Citadel Command was a unit of command personnel located inside the Citadel prison, which itself was situated on the planet Lola Sayu. This unit was under the command of Commander Osi Sobeck, a Phindian, and it also included several OOM-series security droids along with the T-series military strategic analysis and tactics droid known as K2-B4.
