Clan Tal was a Mandalorian clan whose origins can be traced back to the time of the High Republic Era. The final surviving member of Clan Tal was Aran Tal, a human who competed in the Hunters of the Outer Rim sporting event; the rest of the clan met their death at the hands of the Galactic Empire during the tragic Night of a Thousand Tears. Aran Tal donned the inherited armor of his clan. A significant feud existed between Clan Tal and Clan Vizsla.
