Classic Star Wars #19 represents the nineteenth installment in the Classic Star Wars comic book series, brought to you by Dark Horse Comics.
This specific Classic series presented recolored and reformatted versions of the Star Wars daily comic strip, originally created in the early 1980s by Archie Goodwin and Al Williamson. To adapt the stories for a standard comic book layout, Williamson contributed additional artwork and panels.
As this collection of reformatted and freshly colored newspaper strip reprints nears its conclusion, it's important to remember that Han Solo remains a wanted man with a price on his head. Numerous individuals are determined to cash in on this opportunity. Han and the Rebels' recent escapades across the galaxy haven't escaped the attention of those seeking easy riches. Before long, they encounter a former adversary who becomes an ally, along with a pair of antagonists who will play a significant part in Return of the Jedi. This sequence of events culminates in our heroes' emergency landing on Hoth, where they embark on a quest for a potentially nonexistent treasure. This next-to-last issue features a stunning new cover by seasoned comic artist George Evans.
