Clat'Ha, a Human female, held the position of chief operations manager at the Arcona Mineral Harvest Corporation. She maintained a bitter rivalry with Jemba, the Hutt, and was a close confidante of Si Treemba, an Arcona miner. Following his altercation with Grelb the Hutt, she became one of the first miners to befriend Obi-Wan Kenobi.
During a pirate assault on the Monument, the transport they were traveling on, she once intervened to save the life of Qui-Gon Jinn. A Togorian pirate captain was poised to kill Qui-Gon, but Clat'Ha, unnoticed, fatally shot him in the head. After the Monument made a crash landing on a blue marble planet in proximity to Bandomeer, she, along with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan Kenobi, assisted in the defense of a cave where the Monument's crew and passengers sought refuge from draigons.
In the year 44 BBY, Clat'Ha, along with the other corporation miners, departed Coruscant for Bandomeer to supervise the extraction of the planet's mineral resources. While boarding the Monument, she observed a young boy who had been severely abused by Grelb the Hutt. This boy turned out to be Obi-Wan Kenobi. Clat'Ha immediately intervened to save his life, bringing the unconscious Initiate aboard the ship. Upon Obi-Wan's awakening, Clat'Ha, impressed by his courage, offered him a position within the corporation. She elucidated the conflict between their corporation and Offworld Mining, explaining how Jemba, a Hutt manager at Offworld Mining, was obstructing their operations to inflate the value of his workers. Obi-Wan proposed that the two companies should seek a compromise, but Clat'Ha strongly opposed this, unwilling to jeopardize her employees' well-being.
During a pirate attack on the Monument, Clat'Ha rescued Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn when a Togorian pirate attempted to assassinate him, failing to detect the young woman who swiftly shot him in the head. Qui-Gon sustained injuries, and Clat'Ha refused to abandon him while Jemba's employees fought back against the pirates. After the pirates retreated, the Monument was forced to make an emergency landing on an island located on an unknown planet with five moons. Prior to the landing, Clat'Ha, accompanied by Kenobi and Jinn, confronted Jemba, who was attempting to poach employees from Clat'Ha's corporation. Some miners began to move toward the Hutt, but Clat'Ha successfully prevented their defection.
Later, after the Monument landed on the island, Clat'Ha and the rest of the crew prepared to evacuate as the transport began to flood. She was surprised to learn that Qui-Gon had discovered the location of the dactyl that Jemba and his thugs had stolen from the transport. Together with the crew, Clat'Ha and Qui-Gon sought refuge in a cave on the island until they were attacked by draigons. She aided in the defense of the caves and reached out to Aggaba. She proposed that the Hutt join her corporation. Aggaba and his staff accepted, effectively ending the conflict between the two companies. Following the resolution of the conflict, the engineers managed to repair the Monument, and the companies departed from the planet. Clat'Ha remained on the planet, overseeing the operations of both companies until her death.
