Concordian, a specific form of Mando'a, was used by the inhabitants of Concordia, which is a moon orbiting the planet Mandalore.
This particular dialect was uttered by a member affiliated with Death Watch after he detonated explosives at the Memorial Shrine located in Sundari. It was heard again as he was expiring following a fatal jump, after Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi tried to seize him for his act of terrorism.
The speech of the Concordian people made its debut in Star Wars canon during 2010, specifically in the twelfth episode of season two of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, titled "The Mandalore Plot."
The Concordian dialect had been established in prior years within the Star Wars Insider article Guide to the Grand Army of the Republic, which was jointly written by Karen Traviss and Ryan Kaufman. This article is now considered part of the Star Wars Legends continuity.
Notably, a Concordian phrase originating from "The Mandalore Plot"—the very line shouted by the Death Watch bomber before plunging to his demise, and used as the primary quote for this article—seems to have originated from a 2007 post on the Empire at War forum. In this post, a user had compiled a list of fan-created terms and meanings for the developing Mandalorian language.
The aforementioned quote, "Calhava bru'chun dralshye'ran," was given the translation "Compassionate leaders will burn" in that post.
While this translation appears contextually fitting for the episode's storyline, there has been no official confirmation to date that this is the accepted canonical translation.
