The Galactic Republic Navy possessed a Valor-class cruiser known as the Corellia during the time of the Cold War. Circa 3643 BBY, Jedi Grand Master Satele Shan took occupancy of this vessel. In contrast to the usual red-and-gray or orange-and-gray coloring of Republic warships, this particular ship was distinguished by its golden hue. During Independent Operation Sebaddon, the Corellia sustained a missile strike and was subsequently infiltrated by Fastbreeders. After overpowering the crew, the droids seized control of the vessel and self-destructed it, with the intention of propagating throughout the remaining ships of the Republic fleet.
