CR20 troop carrier
The CR20 troop carrier represented a class of starship designed for transport of troops. A CR-20, altered and renamed the Strix, served as the personal vessel of the smuggler named Saponza.
Behind the scenes
The CR20 troop carrier's first appearance was in Star Wars: Clone Wars, a Legends animated show created by Cartoon Network. Within that series, the Grand Army of the Republic employed it throughout the Clone Wars. Its integration into the canon timeline occurred via its presence in Star Wars: Commander, a mobile strategy game from Disney Interactive.
