Crystalplas

Crystalplas was a see-through material employed in construction in the era of the New Republic during the time. Certain crystalplas galleries were components of the Museum of Applied Photonics, situated on the planet Obroa-skai around 27 ABY. At that point, the alien Yuuzhan Vong controlled the planet, having captured it amid their invasion of the galaxy. Even with the worldshaping they performed across much of the planet's surface, the Yuuzhan Vong opted to preserve the galleries. Their reasons were twofold: to study their adversaries and to utilize the museum as a headquarters for Warmaster Tsavong Lah.
