Dafi was a female individual belonging to a green-skinned near-Human species. She was affiliated with a gang operating on the planet Arcan IV under the leadership of Human criminals Lemo and Sanda during the Imperial Period. In the year 3 ABY, Dafi and her fellow gang members crossed paths with Rebel operatives Lando Calrissian and Chewbacca, who had journeyed to Arcan IV in search of information concerning the location of their comrade Han Solo. They enticed the pair with clues regarding the location of the prized relics known as the Dancing Goddess and the Minstrel, however Calrissian inadvertently exposed his true identity, which led the gang to pursue him throughout the city. Calrissian's speeder was eventually wrecked, resulting in the Minstrel statue falling into the streets near Dafi. Dafi instantly resolved to retain the artifact for her own benefit, even resorting to firing upon her former gang associates after securing the Minstrel.
