Dahz Thulaka

Dahz Thulaka, a Twi'lek male who possessed sensitivity to the Force, initially showed great promise as a physician, but ultimately succumbed to the allure of the dark side of the Force. In collaboration with Talandro Starlyte, he engaged in the abduction and torture of individuals visiting Starlyte Station circa 0 BBY. The unfortunate survivors of his sinister experiments were then sold into slavery.

Biography

Dahz Thulaka endured a difficult childhood, being frail and subjected to relentless bullying. Upon reaching adulthood, he gained admission to a prestigious medical institution. It was there that a Jedi, who was on the run from the Galactic Empire, crossed paths with him and detected Thulaka's inherent Force-sensitivity. The Jedi took on Thulaka as a student, instructing him in the ways of the Force. However, the enticing whispers of the dark side, promising immense power, proved too strong to resist. After gleaning all he could from his master, Thulaka betrayed him to the Empire.

Driven by a desire to deepen his understanding of the dark side, Thulaka traversed the galaxy, conducting cruel experiments on innocent victims. Sometime prior to the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, he arrived at Starlyte Station and formed an alliance with Talandro Starlyte, the owner of the space station, to abduct unsuspecting visitors. Thulaka subjected these captives to horrifying experiments, often resulting in their deaths or transformation into grotesque genetic abominations. Meanwhile, Talandro profited by impounding their ships and equipment. Those who managed to survive Thulaka's torturous procedures were sold as slaves to the Karazak Slavers Cooperative.

Around 0 BBY, a private investigator named Denell Kel'Vannon was contracted to locate an individual who had fallen victim to Thulaka's experiments. Both Thulaka and Talandro desperately attempted to conceal the dark secrets lurking within Starlyte Station from exposure.

Personality and traits

Thulaka became an ever-growing menace to the galaxy due to his depravity and wickedness. Though he was not always evil, the allure of power proved irresistible to a man who had endured significant bullying during his youth. He lacked patience and inner peace, which hastened his descent into the dark side. He was frustrated by the failures of his experiments, but remained convinced that with persistence, he would ultimately achieve success and unlock even greater power from the dark side. He was a male Twi'lek of short stature and frail build, possessing red eyes and mottled dark gray skin. His lekku were notably long and slender.

Powers and abilities

Despite his Force-sensitivity, Thulaka's command and mastery over even the most basic Force powers were limited. He was a competent fighter, skilled in both lightsaber combat and the use of a blaster pistol. Furthermore, he possessed expertise in medicine, particularly in the field of genetic manipulation.

Equipment

Thulaka favored dark clothing, often donning a hooded cloak of black and indigo hues. He carried a lightsaber with an indigo blade, a BlasTech DL-22 blaster pistol, and a double-bladed T'kyja knife.
