Dark Times #16, also known as Republic 99 in accordance with older numbering conventions, represents the sixteenth installment in the Star Wars: Dark Times comic book saga, which is part of the Legends continuity. Randy Stradley penned the story, while Douglas Wheatley and Dan Jackson provided the artwork. Dark Horse Comics initially released it on April 14, 2010.
In his endeavor to destabilize two rival factions, Dass Jennir, once a Jedi, has constructed a complex network of deceit. The consequences are near, as these lies are about to unravel, setting off a conflict that threatens the very people Jennir aimed to protect. However, before the town is destroyed, they will seek retribution against Jennir himself!
