Death Star II medal

The Death Star II medal represented a campaign medal bestowed upon each and every Alliance pilot who engaged the Imperial Navy throughout the Battle of Endor. Despite not being as scarce as its earlier counterpart, the Death Star medal, it still held considerable prestige, and sadly, a significant number were presented after death due to the perilous nature of the naval battle over Endor. Its design mirrored the original Death Star medal, showcasing a finished Death Star battle station and a small Aurebesh numeral two located in the middle.

Much like its predecessor, the Death Star medal, the Death Star II medal found its place on a ribbon rack affixed to a formal uniform or on the collar of a flight suit. Wedge Antilles stood alone as the solitary member of the Alliance Military authorized to display both the Death Star medal and the Death Star II medal.
