Deflaros served as the male Human leader of the Corellian criminal syndicate known as the Deflarians amidst the turmoil of the Galactic Civil War.
In the year 1 ABY, the Deflarians perpetrated the hijacking of a vessel captained by Captain Donovan of the CorSec, making off with its shipment of weaponry. To mask their crime, they deliberately crashed a ship identical to Donovan's. Subsequently, Donovan found himself captured and held within the Deflarian stronghold. Inspector Cora of CorSec, in response, enlisted the services of a spacer to delve into the matter. This spacer successfully pinpointed the bunker's location, infiltrated the premises, and liberated the imprisoned Captain Donovan. Following Donovan's revelation of the hijacking, Cora dispatched spacers to launch an assault on a Deflarian encampment, its coordinates furnished by Donovan. During this operation, the spacers eliminated several Deflarian guards and mechanics, alongside Deflaros and his protective detail, thereby reclaiming Donovan's ship and its pilfered cargo.
Deflaros existed as a non-player character featured in the 2003 Star Wars Galaxies video game, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game crafted by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. Deflaros was incorporated into the game through the "Publish 28," update, released on April 26, 2006.
