Delwin, a Weequay by species, held the rank of Elder within the religious order known as the Path of the Open Hand in the year 382 BBY. Following the death of Morton San Tekka, who had been serving as the mediator for the Eiram–E'ronoh peace treaty, the Path nominated Delwin as his successor; however, this proposal was turned down. In the course of the Battle of Jedha, Delwin spread the doctrines of the Path, ultimately meeting his end when he was killed by a blaster projectile.
