Desolation Alley landing controller

A landing controller was employed at Desolation Alley, which was a Republic Correctional Authority prison installation situated on the asteroid called Oovo IV. Upon the arrival of the supply ship named 1729 into the Oovo system, the controller authorized the starship's captain to proceed with the landing. To allow 1729's entry, the controller briefly disabled the protective shields that enveloped the prison asteroid; unbeknownst to them, bounty hunter Jango Fett had hidden his ship behind 1729 with the intention of secretly entering the prison.

Behind the scenes

The voice of the landing controller was featured in the 2002 video game titled Star Wars: Bounty Hunter. Jan Rabson provided the voice, and was listed in the credits as "Prison guard #2" for additional voice work.
