Dlor 3 was a planet found within the Dlor system, which itself resided in the Dononter sector of the Mid Rim. It was on this terrestrial body that the Secure Passage seminar was slated to occur circa 2 ABY. Barosa Warren, the Morellian scout who established the Galactic Outdoor Survival School, had intentions to be present at the seminar. At that same gathering on Dlor 3, Major Sisquoc of the Rebel Alliance, along with other Alliance personnel who had previously been pupils of Warren's at the Galactic Outdoor Survival School, intended to challenge the Morellian. This was due to Warren harboring a resentment specifically towards Sisquoc and the Alliance as a whole. This detail was documented in a supplementary note within the Alliance's SecuriDex datafile concerning Warren.
Alliance Intelligence Reports, a sourcebook released in 1995 for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games, included a reference to Dlor 3. The 2009 publication The Essential Atlas located the Dlor system, and consequently Dlor 3, within grid coordinates I-16.
