Dolgis was a male Human acolyte of the Sith, studying at the Sith Academy located on Korriban during the era of the Cold War. He was connected to Vemrin, another acolyte, and held animosity towards the protégé of Overseer Tremel.
Prior to their arrival at the Sith Academy, Vemrin and Dolgis had a history on Balmorra. Dolgis remained a loyal companion to Vemrin, assisting him in his advancement among the acolytes. Together, they harbored resentment towards a new acolyte brought to the Sith Academy by Overseer Tremel with the intention of thwarting Vemrin.
Following Vemrin's instructions, Dolgis set a trap for the new acolyte as they headed to Tremel's office. Dolgis expressed his conviction that he could commit murder without consequence due to the absence of witnesses, declaring the other acolyte's impending demise. Dolgis attacked, but was defeated. He pleaded for his life from the acolyte, but his pleas were ignored.
In a subsequent encounter between the acolyte and Vemrin, Vemrin deduced that Dolgis had failed his task due to the acolyte's continued survival.
