Domain Das was a specific Domain belonging to the Warrior caste within the Yuuzhan Vong societal structure. A warrior named Runck Das, who was a member of Domain Das, was under the command of Commander Shedao Shai around 25 ABY, which was at the beginning of the Yuuzhan Vong War. He participated in the Battle of Garqi, during which the Jedi Corran Horn, Ganner Rhysode, and Jacen Solo managed to get away, even though Das' immediate superior, Krag Val, tried to stop them. Upon Das' return to deliver the news of these events to the Commander, Shai killed him as punishment for both his and Val's lack of success.
The 2000 novel The New Jedi Order: Dark Tide II: Ruin, authored by Michael A. Stackpole, marked the initial appearance of Domain Das.
