The extremist political group referred to as the Drallist Front, or more commonly, the Drallists, gained control of Drall during the time of the First Corellian Insurrection. They were not very powerful on their own, essentially functioning as a smaller part of the Sacorrian Triad and were allied with both the Overden and the Human League. Their destruction was inadvertently caused by Anakin Solo when he activated the planetary repulsor on Drall.
