El-Les, a male bounty hunter of the Arcona species, found himself working for the Galactic Republic. His role? To serve as a drill instructor, shaping the Grand Army's clone troopers following the death of Jango Fett. During his time stationed in Tipoca City, the capital city located on the planet of Kamino, El-Les collaborated with another mercenary, Bric, to provide training to groups of clone cadets, including notable squads like Bravo Squad and Domino Squad.
El-Les debuted in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars third season episode titled "Clone Cadets". Nolan North provided the character's voice.
