The Eriadu veermok represented a distinct subspecies of the broader veermok species. This particular subspecies inhabited Eriadu, a planet situated within the Outer Rim Territories. In contrast to the typical veermok, known for its solitary nature and arboreal lifestyle, the Eriadu variant exhibited social behaviors and had evolved to thrive in the arid plateau environments. A notable difference was also in their physical appearance; Eriadu veermoks possessed smooth skin and reached a height of just one meter, whereas their standard counterparts were approximately twice the size of a human and characterized by a covering of wooly hair.
