Extragalactic
Extragalactic, or extra-galactic, was a descriptor applied to entities, events, or origins that lay beyond the gravitational boundaries of the galaxy.
History

Several species were either confirmed or rumored to be extra-galactic, including the Yuuzhan Vong and the Chazrach. Others included the Kwa, the Nagai and Tofs (who came from Firefist), and the Silentium and [Abominor](/article/abominor] droid races, potentially originating from the Yuuzhan Vong's home galaxy. A sentient ship (along with its pilot) encountered by Luke and Leia also came from another galaxy.
The influence of the InterGalactic Banking Clan stretched to the Rishi Maze and Firefist.
Sith Emperor Vitiate, in a conversation with the Hero of Tython regarding his plans for a galaxy-destroying ritual, mentioned the existence of other galaxies beyond their own, indicating his intention to either experience or disregard them as he saw fit. This suggested that he, or the Sith Empire, possessed the means to reach these distant locations, provided the galaxy-destroying ritual did not also consume the hyperspace disturbance at the edge of the galaxy.
During the peak of the Galactic Empire, the Imperial Senate issued Intergalactic Passports, granting holders the ability to travel throughout the six known galaxies. Furthermore, Arhul Hextrophon, in a guest lecture at the Brionelle Memorial Military Academy, speculated that Emperor Palpatine, by the time of his resurrection and rule of the Dark Empire, might have been planning extra-galactic conquests, given his employment of World Devastators.
